If using Adobe 2019 make sure it is not a trial version that has expired.Search for files "QtCore4.dll" and "QtGui4.dll" in "?:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat \Acrobat and copy from that location into the newer installed Adobe Acrobat version and re-launch Adobe Acrobat.Search the files in "?:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat \Acrobat\plug_ins" for a file named "QtPDFlyer.api" If the file is missing, search in the same path of the previously-installed Adobe Acrobat version copy the "QtPDFlyer.api" to the new installed version. I do not remember doing the installing, but some prompt must have come up. If Adobe Acrobat has been upgraded (or, in some cases, downgraded) on the system, the PDFlyer API file might not be in the correct Acrobat program folder structure. currently have Reader DC 17.012.20098 installed.Reinstall PDFlyer once Adobe Acrobat has been upgraded.Uninstall PDFlyer from Programs and Features.If PDFlyer is installed before Adobe Acrobat was upgraded, the tool bar will not be visible.In Adobe Acrobat it will be found in Edit> Preferences> Category > General>Application Startup.Adobe Acrobat has been configured to accept certified plug-ins only.Make sure you do not have the document opened in Adobe Reader.
